Pittsburgh Steelers: WR Diontae Johnson

He has a long way to go but the news was promising for 2019 third-round pick Diontae Johnson. The former University of Toledo standout flashed his big play ability for Mike Tomlin’s team both as a receiver and on special teams. He led the club with 59 receptions and five TD grabs and burned Arizona on an 85-yard punt return TD.

San Francisco 49ers: LB Fred Warner

San Francisco’s defensive front gets plenty of acclaim and understandably so considering the bevy of first-round draft picks. But linebacker Fred Warner has really began to come into his own. He’s led the team in tackles in each of his first two seasons and in 2019, also totaled three sacks, an interception and a solid nine passes defensed.

Seattle Seahawks: WR D.K. Metcalf

Pete Carroll’s club relies more on its offense than its defense these days. And quarterback Russell Wilson continues to put up strong numbers. A year ago, 2019 second-round pick D.K. Metcalf finished second on the team in catches (58), receiving yards (900) and TD receptions (7) and added 11 grabs for 219 yards (1 TD) in two playoff games.
