24. New York Giants

New head coach Joe Judge has a young 1-2 punch in workhorse running back Saquon Barkley and second-year quarterback Daniel Jones. The latter needs to cut back on the fumbles. Wide receiver Darius Slayton was a pleasant surprise in 2019. General manager Dave Gettleman drafted two tackles in the first three rounds in April.

23. Los Angeles Chargers

For the first time since 2003, the roster will not include Philip Rivers. The starter for now is Tyrod Taylor but GM Tom Telesco used the sixth overall pick on Oregon’s Justin Herbert. Versatile Austin Ekeler spearheads the ground attack and there’s top targets in wide receivers Keenan Allen and Mike Williams and tight end Hunter Henry.

22. New York Jets

Will the third year be the charm for quarterback Sam Darnold, who has missed three games in each of his first two seasons and has nearly as many turnovers (33) as touchdown passes (36) to date? General manager Joe Douglass addressed the offensive line in a big way and veterans Frank Gore and Joe Flacco offer valuable experience.
