18. Las Vegas Raiders

The team made significant progress last year and quarterback Derek Carr comes off his two best seasons career-wise in terms of completion percentage under head coach Jon Gruden. Running back Josh Jacobs enjoyed a solid debut year and there’s quality targets in Darren Waller, Hunter Renfrow, Tyrell Williams and rookie Henry Ruggs III.

17. Tennessee Titans

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill was the NFL Comeback Player of the Year and 2019 rushing champion Derrick Henry keyed a resurgence that helped Mike Vrabel’s team reach the AFC title game. Young wideout A.J.Brown and tight and Jonnu Smith and big-play performers. Rookie Isaiah Wilson was drafted to replace right tackle Jack Conklin.

16. Green Bay Packers

Aaron Rodgers and company found themselves in the NFC title game a year ago but were pushed around by the San Francisco twice in 2019. So the tem is refashioning the offense to beat the Niners at their own game with a draft geared towards power football. Running back Aaron Jones tied for the NFL lead in total touchdown in ’19.
