Minnesota Vikings

Anthony Harris – If you can name the NFL’s interceptions leader in 2019, you’re likely ahead of the vast majority of even passionate NFL fans. Anthony Harris grabbed a surprising 7 INTs last season for the Vikings in his first full season starting at the age of 28 but failed to earn a Pro Bowl or All-Pro honor for his efforts. A solid follow-up campaign will draw greater looks if he can prove he’s not a one-year wonder.

New England Patriots

Cam Newton – The most underrated player on Bill Belichick’s team is the newest addition to the mix, but it’s ridiculous that a former MVP who ranks every season on the NFL’s Top 100 players couldn’t find a job until late June. Newton, who just turned 31, now has one of the most brilliant coaching minds in his corner along with a massive chip on his shoulder. If he can avoid injury, this might be the most jarring move of the offseason.

New Orleans Saints

Emmanuel Sanders – While Sanders is new to the Saints, it feels like it fits his profile to date. Sanders would be much more appreciated if he’d had more longevity with any one team, and his journeyman status hurts him a bit. The truth, however, is that Sanders has produced anywhere he’s played and he’s still a valuable performer heading into his age 33 season. The Saints did well to secure his services for their high-octane offense.
