8. NFL Power Rankings: Dallas Cowboys

A coach can make a big difference in the NFL and the Cowboys stand to take a huge leap forward with Mike McCarthy at the helm. After years of underachieving under Jason Garrett, Dallas should finally live up to its immense potential with McCarthy, a proven winner, on the sidelines.

Dak Prescott should continue to thrive as the Cowboys have surrounded him with arguably the best supporting cast in football. Add in a top-flight defense and it wouldn’t be shocking to see Dallas return to the NFC Championship Game for the first time since 1996.

7. NFL Power Rankings: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Expectations are sky-high in Tampa now that Brady is in town. A pretty good team in 2019 even with Jameis Winston leading the league in interceptions, the Buccaneers have the potential to become elite with a future Hall-of-Famer under center in Brady.

The intriguing angle to watch with Tampa Bay is how the team reacts to the intense spotlight it will be under for the first time in a while. The NFL scheduled five primetime games for the Buccaneers, who will now have to live up to expectations that see them making a run at the Super Bowl for the first time since they won it all in 2002.
