6. NFL Power Rankings: Seattle Seahawks

It’s easy to forget that this team was literally inches away from the NFC West a year ago. When Jacob Hollister was tackled just short of the end zone in Week 17, giving the division to the 49ers, Seattle responded by winning one road playoff game before falling in the Divisional Round to Green Bay.

Having Russell Wilson around always gives the Seahawks a strong chance to win it all and their overall roster is still very strong. The key for Seattle will be finding a way to top San Francisco in the division and get some home playoff games this year.

5. NFL Power Rankings: Green Bay Packers

All everyone will want to talk about with Green Bay is the fact they took Jordan Love with their first round pick, but barring injury he won’t play this year. Aaron Rodgers still has enough left in the tank to get the Packers to the promised land with an excellent defense and strong running game.

The thing that could doom Green Bay was their curious decision not to upgrade their receiving corps in arguably the deepest wideout class in recent memory. The Packers will have to hope that Devin Funchess and Allen Lazard can provide enough help for Davante Adams on the outside to round out the offense.
