Anthony Rizzo shared his hand sanitizer with the Brewers runner (video).

Sharing is caring.

During Friday’s game between the Milwaukee Brewers and the Chicago Cubs, Anthony Rizzo was spotted sharing his mini-hand sanitizer with the first baserunner of the day. We all know how important it is to stay safe during the pandemic and Rizzo is setting the most perfect example for all those watching.

The MLB returned to action for the first time officially yesterday when the New York Yankees beat the Washington Nationals and the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the San Francisco Giants. Now, on Tuesday the rest of the teams are holding their Opening Days and Rizzo is killing it.

Anthony Rizzo proves it’s cool to play it safe … sometimes

We’ve seen a lot of players and teams honoring the Black Lives Movement so it’s nice to see some players keeping with the coronavirus safety protocol and showing it can be cool to be safe.

At press time the Cubs were ahead, 2-0 in the fourth.
