DraftKings MLB Picks July 25: I Minored in Darvish

Our first DraftKings MLB Saturday is full of matinee games. We have an 11-game monster that runs through all of the 4pm eastern games. While we don’t have the star power of yesterday’s aces, so we have to dig a little deeper.

More from DFS

For the night slate, lock in Mike Clevinger against the Royals and Luis Castillo against the Tigers. Stack against Nova and throw some reasonably priced Padres righties at Robbie Ray. Don’t get too cute with it. Don’t chase the marquee game.

A Cleveland stack could be in order, but they weren’t all that good last night. The Cleveland offense is taking a bit to get going just like last year. This could be where they erupt, but I’d rather go with the two dominant pitchers and fill in the bats from there.

We’ll explore the main slate that is stacked with great pitching. We’ll explore that first, then stack options, then a few BvP warriors to finish off your builds with.

We shouldn’t have any rain today so long as they close the roof in Houston, but keep an eye on that situation.

These tips are based mostly on past performance. This is a nice tool for building a lineup, but should not be the only pieces of information you use. I recommend checking out RotoBallers for optimizers and other statistical tools to help put your best lineup forward.
