4. Bijan Robinson rushes for 1,000 yards.

The No. 1 running back in the class of 2020 decided to take his talents to Texas and it should pay off immediately for the Longhorns.

Bijan Robinson is a 5-star player out of Tuscon, Arizona who has all of the skills to come in and take the starting job from a few lackluster backs from last season.

Keaontay Ingram ran for 853 yards last season which isn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination, and Roschon Johnson ran for 649 yards as well, and they both return this season. But Robinson is a star waiting to happen and I think he eventually wins the job and has a monster first season.

He has all the tools to be a 1,000-yard back right out of the gate, relieving some of the pressure off of Ehlinger to carry the offense next season. His arrival will make Texas’s offense much more balanced, and allow Ehlinger to focus more on passing the ball while Robinson takes the lead in the running game.

Many have him pegged as a future first round NFL Draft pick and for good reason. He is an Ezekiel Elliott, Saquon Barkley type back that will be able to do just about anything. Catch passes, block, you name it, this kid can do it and he can do it at a high level.

If 2020 really is going to be a bounce-back year for the Longhorns, it will be in large part due to Robinson bursting onto the college football scene in 2020.
