1. RB Kenyan Drake, Arizona Cardinals

Although he may have been more of a bigger name while he was at the University of Alabama, running back Kenyan Drake was far from the main focus of the ground attack when he was a member of the Miami Dolphins. In three-plus seasons in South Florida, he played in 54 regular-season contests but made only 16 starts. He finished with 2,468 yards from scrimmage and totaled 15 touchdowns. His biggest year in terms of carries came in ’17 when he amassed 133 attempts.

But last October, Drake was dealt to the Arizona Cardinals and it was an opportunity for him to be the main man in the backfield. He finished with 110 yards rushing and one score in his debut with Kliff Kingsbury’s team on a Thursday night against the 49ers but totaled only 15 attempts. In fact, he would finish with less than 20 carries in each of his first five games with the club. But Drake came on strong the final three weeks of the year and over that span, he rushed for a combined 363 yards and seven touchdowns on 58 attempts. It gave him a total of 123 attempts in just eight contests with the team.

Look for the four-year veteran to have an even bigger role this year on an offense that with quarterback Kyler Murray, ageless Larry Fitzgerald and newcomer DeAndre Hopkins could be extremely dangerous.
