6. CB Kenny Moore II, Indianapolis Colts

Along with the aforementioned Brian Poole, Indianapolis Colts’ standout Kenny Moore II is also high on Pro Football Focus’ rankings (subscription required) when it comes to the cornerback position. The former Valdosta State product joined the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent in the spring of 2017. But he failed to make the final cut in Foxborough and would be quickly claimed by Colts’ general manager Chris Ballard. And it’s safe to say that New England’s decision, while understandable given their talent in the secondary, has proven to be highly advantageous for the Colts.

In three years with his current organization, Moore has played in 42 regular-season contests and made 31 starts. And keep in mind that he has contributed on the team’s kick coverage units as well. This past season, he missed five games but still finished tied for fourth on the club with 61 tackles, as well as 2.5 sacks, two interceptions, three passes defensed and one fumble recovery.

The past two years with the Colts, there have been 26 starts, five picks, four sacks and 14 passes defensed. During the team’s two-game playoff run in 2019, Moore rolled up 19 tackles, three quarterback traps, one interception and three passes defensed. It will be interesting to see him team with former Vikings’ Pro Bowler Xavier Rhodes.
