Harold Landry – Tennessee Titans

Landry divided opinion going into the 2018 draft and endured a slide into the second round despite having previously produced at an elite level for Boston College.

He has shown signs of proving his detractors wrong so far in his career with the Titans, the edge rusher recording nine sacks last season.

However, Landry is yet to join the ranks of the elite pass rushers, but there is evidence to suggest 2020 will be the year he achieves that feat.

Landry will have the benefit of playing on the front seven boasting Jeffery Simmons for a full season for the first time. Simmons went some way to vindicating the Titans’ decision to take him in the first round despite his torn ACL with a string of impressive showings during Tennessee’s run to the AFC Championship game.

His presence as a disruptor on the interior of the defensive line should provide Landry with more openings for sacks in 2020.

Landry also has the benefit of playing in front of an extremely talented secondary that improved in the draft as the Titans grabbed another potential steal in the form of Kristian Fulton in the second round.

Ability has never been a question for Landry. He has the burst, bend and hand usage to be a defensive star in the NFL and, in 2020, he has the supporting cast around him to translate his skill set into a Pro Bowl berth.
