DraftKings NBA picks July 31: Giannis will dominate Disney World

We have six games for our DraftKings NBA tournaments today in the bubble. Late swap is your friend on DK since the first game starts at 1:30 eastern and the last one starts at 8 Eastern. It’s just like Christmas Day!

Much as I thought, last night was chaos. First off, the giant DraftKings tournament was barely half full. That still didn’t stop nine people from splitting the million with 306 DraftKings points. The only one in the winning lines that I didn’t have exposure to was Kuzma.

I was 18 points away from being a millionaire, but so it goes. I’ll take my 30 bucks and shut up.

Yes, there are still injuries in the bubble. Let’s check those out before we try to figure out how to afford all the stars.

Out: Eric Bledsoe (late to bubble), Kelly Oubre (knee), Alex Len (out of shape), Marvin Williams (groin), Tyus Jones (knee), Eric Gordon (ankle), Jamal Crawford (old), Bryn Forbes (quad), Rodney Hood (Achilles), Courtney Lee (calf), Taurean Prince (coronavirus), Spencer Dinwiddie (opt out), DeAndre Jordan (coronavirus), Wilson Chandler (Achilles), Kevin Durant (Achilles), Michael Beasley (coronavirus), Kyrie Irving (knee), Al-Farouq Aminu (knee), Justise Winslow (hip), Trevor Ariza (opt out), Caleb Swanigan (opt out), Brad Beal (shoulder), John Wall (Achilles), Davis Bertans (opt out), Gary Payton II (coronavirus), Garrison Mathews (opt out), Jalen Lecque (left the bubble), Pat Connaughton (coronavirus), Marvin Bagley (foot), Trey Lyles (appendicitis), LaMarcus Aldridge (opt out), Jalen Brunson (shoulder), Dwight Powell (Achilles), Willie Cauley-Stein (opt out), Thabo Sefalosha (opt out).

Questionable: Aaron Gordon (groin), Jonathan Isaac (knee), Dario Saric (ankle), Aron Baynes (non-Rona illness), Wes Iwundu (concussion), Jaylen Adams (back).

Gordon is practicing, so it looks like he will play. We just don’t know how much. The same is true for Isaac. He’s in line to play, but how much?

Unlike last night, the big tournament only has about 125,000 entries, but the buy is in also $25. You’ll find me carpet bombing the $1 instead.
