Fantasy PGA: 2020 PGA Championship Picks and Analysis
2020 PGA Championship Values
7,500 Mark Leishman
When I hear windy difficult course, I think Mark Leishman. The Aussie knows his way around a windy course. Rough does not bother him either. Leishman won his last golf tournament in California at a comparable tract, so I’ll ride with the Aussie this week. He is hit or miss off the tee, but I trust his game when the scoring is higher.
7,600 Phil Mickelson
Phil May be past his prime, but the guy is a sure fire competitor that is perfect for this course. If the conditions play tough I trust no one else’s more than Phil at this price point. He is a birdie maker, so his DK scoring will likely be more impressive than his finishing position as well.
6,300 Nick Taylor
Another golfer that has won on the West Coast (Pebble Beach) and plays well in the cold weather. This is a flier, but I love how well he is striking the golf ball. He will be low owned and I’m just hoping for a made cut, but I also love his upside at this price. He is not going to win this tournament, but another hot iron week could boost him higher up the leader board.
