Lakers Twitter roasted Danny Green for his continued struggles.

The Orlando bubble has not been kind to Los Angeles Lakers wing Danny Green. As a career 40.1 percent 3-point shooter and two-time NBA champion, Green is no stranger to sinking triples and playing in high-pressure environments.

Unfortunately for him and the Lakers, the NBA restart — and the 2019-20 campaign in general — has been a brutal uphill climb for Green … and for L.A. fans’ patience.

Last season with the eventual champion Toronto Raptors, Green shot a blistering 45.5 percent from 3-point range on 5.4 attempts per game. This season with the Lakers, those numbers have dropped to 36.9 percent on 4.9 attempts per game.

In the bubble, he’s somehow been even worse, shooting a dreadful 2-for-17 to start his not-so-magical Walt Disney experience. His last long-range make came at the 7:57 mark of the fourth quarter during Los Angeles’ opening seeding game against the LA Clippers.

Danny Green has missed 13 straight 3-pointers since then, and Lakers Twitter is fed up.

LeBron James can’t be a fan of what he’s seeing from Green so far in Orlando.

Okay, his percentage isn’t that bad, but the 11.8 percent Green is shooting thus far isn’t too far off:

With Green actively hurting his own team, Lakers Twitter is ready to take matters into their own hands with the NBA’s snitch hotline:

It’s crazy how quickly a shooter’s reputation can diminish when he’s playing for an NBA powerhouse like the Lakers.

The L.A. fanbase is very rapidly losing faith in its starting 3-and-D wing.

Now these are just savage.

We’ve reached full-on dumpster fire status.

And no, it certainly doesn’t help his case when even a simple fast break layup winds up looking like the aliens from Moron Mountain stole his talent:

Here’s hoping Green can get this monkey off his back at some point in the second half of the Lakers’ contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder. If they want to win a title, they’re going to need him to figure it out sooner rather than later.
