Pick Analysis. LSU Tigers. 817. Scouting Report. SEC. . 1. player

The Tigers won a national title with Ohio State transfer Joe Burrow, so why not go for it again and make a play for Lance. While the impressive Myles Brennan is slated to be the starter, LSU would be doing themselves a disservice if they didn’t try to get Lance to come to Baton Rouge. Considering that former Bison linebacker Jabril Cox also transferred to LSU in search of playing time and a draft stock boost, Ed Orgeron clearly had a lot of respect within the Bison locker room.

Even though Joe Brady is in the NFL and Scott Linehan has replaced him, Lance would pair with an offensive coordinator who had a measure of success in the pros. That offense plus stars like Ja’Marr Chase and Terrance Marshall on the outside are far superior to what he had over in Fargo. If Orgeron is sold on Brennan or any of LSU’s backups, look for him to get on the horn with Lance, as doing so could help LSU repeat as national champions.
