3. The Buccaneers have incredible offensive firepower

As much as defense does win championships, offensive firepower is becoming very key for success in the modern NFL. The Buccaneers already have a ton of great offensive talent, putting them in a position to be a big factor in the NFC South.

Everyone is well aware of the Buccaneers’ top-tier tandem of receivers in Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. The pair made beautiful music with Jameis Winston last season and should be in line for even more success with a quarterback upgrade in Brady.

Tampa Bay is also one of the NFL’s deepest teams at tight end, giving them the ability. to create mismatches all over the field. O.J. Howard and Cameron Brate are back while the Buccaneers also got Rob Gronkowski to come out of retirement to reunite with Brady.

It remains to be seen how much Gronk has left in the tank, but Brady loves throwing to big targets over the middle of the field. That is something that Tampa Bay can offer in spades, leading to the potential for plenty of scoreboard turning offensive totals in 2020.
