player. 42. . Safety. San Francisco 49ers. Andre Cisco. 29

The San Francisco 49ers have to start finding a way to put teams away, as they blew a fourth quarter lead to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. Losing a game late to a division rival is not the way you want to start a season, especially after blowing a lead in the Super Bowl months earlier.

San Francisco has some early round draft picks at the safety positions, but those guys were drafted five and six years ago. Andre Cisco from Syracuse is a fun player to watch, as he flies all over the field, and would be a nice, young addition to this position group.

Hamsah Nasirildeen. 30. player. 15. . Defensive Back. New Orleans Saints

The New Orleans Saints won the battle of future Hall of Fame quarterbacks on Sunday afternoon, beating Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers easily at home. New Orleans was able to force Brady into a couple of turnovers, and in the end, their offense was just too much for Tampa Bay to come back and overcome.

New Orleans has some solid veterans in their defensive backfield, as well as a tremendous young talent in Marshon Lattimore. At pick No. 30, Hamsah Nasirildeen would be a great addition to this group, as he can play safety and cornerback, and the Saints need more versatility like that back there.

player. 124. . Defensive Tackle. Kansas City Chiefs. Patrick Jones II. 31

The Kansas City Chiefs were pretty impressive during their Week 1 victory, dismantling the Houston Texans at home in front of a reduced crowd at Arrowhead. Patrick Mahomes did what Patrick Mahomes does, but the big story was how well rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire ran the ball for the Chiefs.

Up front on defense, Kansas City got good push, and that is likely going to be the case all season long now that Chris Jones is back. Looking ahead, they will be picking late in round one, and a guy like Patrick Jones II would be a nice compliment to what they already have up front along the defensive line.

26. . Wide Receiver. Baltimore Ravens. Chris Olave. 32. player

The Baltimore Ravens took care of the Cleveland Browns in a big way on Sunday, putting to bed any early-season conversation about them possibly losing their grip on the division. Lamar Jackson had a monster game, building off his MVP season from a year ago, as they trounced their division rival, 38-6.

The Ravens have a nice collection of wide receiver, including Hollywood Brown, the team’s first round pick from 2019. In 2021, I like for them to add another speedy wideout to the mix, bringing in Chris Olave from Ohio State. He had 840 yards and 12 touchdowns last season, and Baltimore could use that kind of production.
