Start:

Tyler Higbee, LAR, vs. PHI

Tyler Higbee’s role is pretty defined for the Los Angeles Rams offense as one of Jared Goff’s most trusted targets. Expect him to bounceback this week against the Eagles, who allowed four catches and touchdown to quarterback turned tight end, Logan Thomas, in Week 1.

Dallas Goedert, PHI, @ LAR

Zach Ertz may have been the prized possession for the tight end when it came to the Eagles but times could be changing. With Ertz already upset with his contract situation, Goedert has a great chance to continue supplanting him and really everyone in the Eagles offense. After a dominant Week 1, Goedert is a must-start TE1.

Sit:

Mike Gesicki, MIA, vs. BUF

Mike Gesicki is going to be a good tight end for fantasy teams this year but a matchup with Buffalo makes us think to fade him until he gets more playing time.

O.J. Howard, TB, vs. CAR

O.J. Howard had the best week for any Buccaneers receiver outside of maybe Scotty Miller. That doesn’t mean he should be a weekly starter. As Tom Brady gets adjusted, which I expect for this week, his more notable receivers will become bigger factors. That goes for Week 2 against Carolina. Wait on O.J.’s true spot another week or two.

Good luck with your Week 2 matchups and be sure to check back for Week 3 next week.
