Wide Receiver: Cooper Kupp $7,200

Cooper Kupp feels like he’s on the verge of a breakout. He started off with two bad games, but finally put over 20 points on the board against the Bills last weekend. He caught nine passes for 107 yards and a touchdown. He was key on a few drives, including the possession that dropped the lead for the Bills to 28-25.

Kupp is starting to get back into “go-to receiver” territory. Obviously, going down 28-3 forced the Rams to throw more often, but it’s still a formula that can be repeated.

This week, the Rams are facing the New York Giants. The huge risk here is the Rams go out to an early lead and run the ball down their throats. The Giants are one of the worst teams in the league with an injury-riddled roster.

However, this feels more like a team that will allow a ton of scoring. San Francisco was missing their starting quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, yet still scored 36 points.

Kupp hopefully was taking notes when Juju Smith-Schuster scored two touchdowns against the Giants in Week 1. The Giants are heading west, so Kupp doesn’t have to worry about the MetLife turf that’s causing issues for some players. He gets to give the home “crowd” a boost against a team that’s already looking towards next season.
