FanDuel NFL 2020: Best lineup for Week 4
By Nick Villano
Wide Receiver: Tyler Boyd $6,000
To get into some of the big-money price points, players have to have some low-cost options that exceed expectations. Tyler Boyd has all the makings to be that player. He’s already taking a strangle hold of the top receiver position as AJ Green looks like he really is in the twilight of his career.
The Cincinnati Bengals offense is nothing to go home about, but there are opportunities to have a big-point day for the receivers. Boyd is first among them. In the Bengals 23-23 tie against the Philadelphia Eagels, he had 10 catches for 125 yards. Five of his catches went for first downs, showing Joe Burrow looks to Boyd when he needs to make a play. This is very important for a rookie quarterback who can sling it like Burrow.
Boyd isn’t new to this Bengals offense. He has two-straight 1,000 yard seasons. There was a good chance he was going to take over as the best receiver even if Green was playing better.
At this price, this is a steal. This price point is getting players TY Hilton and Marvin Jones. Boyd is more consistent and probably has a higher upside than both of those players.
Other options: Emmanuel Sanders $5,800, Randall Cobb $5,400
