Wolves face Fulham at Molineux Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 4. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Wolves have gotten off to a bit of a slow start to the Premier League season. The Wanderers have three points in their first three games. On Sunday, Wolves host Fulham at Molineux Stadium. Fulham are one of three Premier League clubs that have not picked up a point this season.
After winning their first game of the season, Wolves have dropped their last two. The Wanderers lost 3-1 to Manchester City and then 4-0 to West Ham. The loss to West Ham is concerning for a club that has lofty expectations this season. Wolves will have to be much better defense going forward if they are going to improve on last season’s seventh-place finish. In the attacking third, Raul Jimenez will be the focal point of the attack. Jimenez has scored twice this season after finding the back of the net 17 times last season.
Fulham have been absolutely dreadful to start the season, prompting Tony Khan to apologize on Twitter to the club’s supporters. The Cottagers have been a disaster defensively, allowing 10 goals in their first three games. After winning promotion last season, it looks like Fulham could be one and done in the Premier League for the second time in the past three seasons. If the Cottagers are going to pick up their first win of the season, they will need a big performance from Aleksandar Mitrovic. The Serbian striker scored 26 goals last season in the Championship and already has two goals this season.
