5 replacements the Texans should hire for Bill O’Brien

As Michael Keaton famously said while playing the titular role of Batman, “you want to get nuts? Let’s get nuts!”
Even though Clemson Tigers head coach Dabo Swinney is one of the highest-paid head coaches in all of college football, there has been talk about him making the jump to the NFL. That came to mind as his current quarterback, Trevor Lawrence, is more than likely to declare for the 2021 draft.
Many believe a team like the New York Jets, whom are the favorites to select Lawrence with the first-overall pick, will hire Swinney to ensure the signal callers declare. But maybe, just maybe, he’ll join his other quarterback, Deshaun Watson.
Swinney got the most out of Watson in college, specifically during his junior season. Watson completed 67-percent of his passes for 4,539 yards, 41 touchdowns and 17 interceptions in 15 games, culminating in the team’s first National Championship victory.
Watson can absolutely take the Texans to the Super Bowl, but the team needs to give him the right coach. It may seem like a farfetched option, but Swinney would be a great hire.
