FLEX Option: Mike Davis $6,800

The Carolina Panthers are going to keep playing Mike Davis like he’s Christian McCaffrey. As long as Fanduel continues to price him at around 2/3 of what McCaffrey costs, he should be in your lineup. The Panthers have been rolling with Davis, who has scored 19 in back-to-back games.

Not only is Davis contributing, but he’s scoring. In both of his starts, he has a touchdown. He also has a ton of receptions, with a total of 21 on 23 attempts in the past three games. Teddy Bridgewaters knows if he sends the ball Davis’ way, he’s more than likely coming down with it for positive yards.

Davis is facing the Atlanta Falcons this week, who have a questionable at best defense. Chris Carson had two receiving touchdowns against the Falcons. Ezekiel Elliott pulled in six receptions when he faced Atlanta. Aaron Jones added a receiving touchdown this past week on Monday Night Football. This defense allows points to opposing running backs.

Again, Davis should be in all of your lineups as long as his price is in this range and McCaffrey is hurt. He’s going to excel in Joe Brady’s offense. This is a mixture of scheme and skill. Davis will get points every week.
