Fantasy Football: 5 bold predictions for Week 5

2. Cousins authors his best 2020 game to date in Seattle
Kirk Cousins joined the Minnesota Vikings in the spring of 2018. Since he arrived, the Vikings have visited Seattle in every season. With schedule-making tomfoolery, it’s become an annual tradition that the Vikings play in Seattle — and lose — to the Seahawks.
This year is no different as Minnesota travels to Seattle in Week 5. The Vikings look to subdue Russell Wilson for the very first time and get another step closer to remedying a shaky beginning to the 2020 season. Kirk Cousins’ bunch is 1-3 (.250) after losing depressingly in the first three weeks of the season to the Packers, Colts, and Titans.
As of late, though, Vikings offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak decided rookie Justin Jefferson was worthy of some targets.
Jefferson has responded by making himself the best wide receiver in the NFL as adjudicated by Pro Football Focus (through four games). Cousins conjoins that asset with the NFL’s leading rusher, Dalvin Cook, and the Vikings have some inklings of optimism while traveling northwesterly this weekend.
Additionally, the Seahawks pass defense is dastardly. The group has allowed 1,604 passing yards in 2020 — which is, by far, the worst in the NFL.
Cousins dials up Adam Thielen, Cook, and Jefferson for a gigantic day.
