. 3-2. Previous: . Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 12. team. 48

Bruce Arians’ club brought a three-game winning streak into this Thursday night tilt at Soldier Field. A pair of Ryan Succop field goals and a Mike Evans’ TD reception via Tom Brady gave the Buccaneers a 13-0 lead midway through the second quarter. But Tampa’s offense was stifled the rest of the evening and limited to only a pair of field goals in the second half. And Todd Bowles’ defense could get the necessary stops down the stretch in a one-point loss.

53. . 4-1. Previous: . Cleveland Browns. 11. team

Another week and another game where Kevin Stefanski’s club totaled at least 30 points. That makes it four straight wins for the Browns after being humbled by the Ravens in Week 1 at Baltimore. Cleveland picked off Colts’ veteran Philip Rivers twice and returned one of those thefts 47 yards for a touchdown. That gives the Browns 12 takeaways during their 4-2 start. Baker Mayfield threw for 247 yards and two TDs but was picked off twice in the second half.

15. . 2-2. Previous: . New Orleans Saints. 10. team

When last we saw the team that has won the last three NFC South titles, they were trailing the Lions at Detroit, overcame a 14-0 deficit with 35 straight points and then held on for a win to even their record. The big news surrounding Monday night’s clash with the visiting Chargers (via Adam Schefter of ESPN) was the fact that wide receiver Michael Thomas, even if totally healthy, would not be playing due to an altercation with a teammate.
