Minnesota Vikings. Kirk Cousins. 24. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. QB. player. 60

2020 stats: 1,188 yards | 64.0 completion % | 8 TDs | 7 INTs | 8.1 YPA | 52.6 QBR

Last Week: 24

Cousins was adequate against Seattle in the soul-crushing defeat Sunday night. The Vikings ran the ball well, setting up Cousins for play-action to Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson. Still, Minnesota needs more, considering Jefferson is the league’s best offensive rookie and Thielen is an elite possession receiver.

23. QB. Cleveland Browns. Baker Mayfield. player. 53. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

2020 stats: 976 yards | 61.2 completion % | 9 TDs | 4 INTs | 6.4 YPA | 78.2 QBR

Last Week: 23

Mayfield was great in the first half. Then he threw for 19 yards in the second half and needed Cleveland’s much-maligned defense to finish off the Colts. Also, the two interceptions remain an issue. Mayfield has been hidden in Kevin Stefanski’s offense, which could be a problem Sunday against the Steelers.

Pick Analysis. QB. Miami Dolphins. Ryan Fitzpatrick. 22. player. Scouting Report. 59

2020 stats: 1,334 yards | 70.6 completion % | 7 TDs | 5 INTs | 7.9 YPA | 83.2 QBR

Last Week: 25

Fitzpatrick is the embodiment of Jekyll and Hyde, but the Dolphins got Jekyll on Sunday in a shelling of the 49ers. The old man threw for 350 yards and landed five completions — including two touchdowns — of 20+ air yards. Now, the Jets await.

player. Joe Burrow. 21. QB. Cincinnati Bengals. 56. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

2020 stats: 1,304 yards | 65.2 completion % | 6 TDs | 3 INTs | 6.3 YPA | 43.8 QBR

Last Week: 21

Burrow has no chance with this group. The line gave up seven sacks, A.J. Green is giving less effort than the ball boy, and the rushing attack averaged 2.5 yards per attempt against the Ravens. Burrow has limitless potential. The Bengals do not.

Gardner Minshew. Pick Analysis. QB. Jacksonville Jaguars. 52. Scouting Report. 20. player

2020 stats: 1,439 yards | 69.9 completion % | 10 TDs | 4 INTs | 7.3 YPA | 64.2 QBR

Last Week: 22

Minshew completed 31 passes in Jacksonville’s loss against the Texans on Sunday. Predictably, 23 were within five yards of the line of scrimmage. So why the uptick in rating? Minshew has limited weapons, a poor line and questionable coaching. He’s not a star, but he’s a solid NFL quarterback who has room to grow.

Jimmy Garoppolo. 19. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. QB. San Francisco 49ers. 42

2020 stats: 467 yards | 60.6 completion % | 4 TDs | 2 INTs | 7.1 YPA | 51.2 QBR

Last Week: NA

Garoppolo looked awful in his return from an ankle sprain. He completed 7-of-17 passes for 77 yards and two touchdowns. If you’re getting benched for C.J. Beathard, you’ve been horrendous. Garoppolo needs to bounce back on Sunday night against the Rams.
