For at least one game, Josh Allen turned into the mini-version of an accuracy pumpkin that he showed during the first two seasons of his career. To be frank, he flat-out was not very good against the Tennessee Titans on Tuesday Night Football. Both the Bills and Titans entered the belated Week 5 contest as undefeated teams and only the Titans retained this distinction.

The comprehensive nature of the MVP Stock Watch allows Allen to remain on the radar, but a couple of more games like the performance against the Titans will result in his abrupt exodus.

On the whole, though, Allen is still benefitting from the addition of Stefon Diggs to the Bills roster. Diggs is about as surehanded as a wide receiver gets. With Allen’s documented accuracy troubles, Diggs’ knack for hauling in improbable completions is a heavenly pairing.

Josh Allen and his Bills will return for vengeance in Week 6, right? Perhaps not. Next on the docket is the Chiefs — a team that was just upset by the Las Vegas Raiders. The Chiefs rarely drop back-to-games. And, that’s with or without Patrick Mahomes.

Oddsmakers will suggest that the Bills will limp out of Week 6 with a 4-2 record.
