Eric Bieniemy, Chiefs offensive coordinator

If Minnesota can start fresh, this will be the hottest name on the market. Bieniemy has been the front-runner of head coaching snubs over the past two seasons following his development of Patrick Mahomes. And with teams always willing to upgrade the most important position, having someone who helped create the next great pocket-passer certainly is a boost.

Two years after working with Andy Reid, Bieniemy’s offense has finished top five in passing, rushing, yards per game and touchdowns. He also has been essential to the youth movement of skilled players, including Mecole Hardman, Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Demarcus Robinson. Plus, Reid’s system has proven to be successful outside of Arrowhead (I.E. Doug Pederson in Philadelphia).

Minnesota has a young core with players such as Dalvin Cook, Justin Jefferson and Alexander Mattison all under contract through 2023. Hoping to fix the offensive line, Bieniemy’s role in completing the offense could keep the Vikings in contention for years to come.
