5. Fantasy football predictions: Davante Adams posts lofty numbers at the Texans

The Green Bay Packers were humbled in Week 6 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In their previous four matchups, Green Bay played a team each week sans its best player — Vikings without Danielle Hunter, Lions without Kenny Golladay, Saints without Michael Thomas and Falcons without Julio Jones. Oofta. Finally, the Packers played a full-strength team and they were thoroughly shellacked.

In Week 7, Green Bay travels to Houston which, in theory, should be a sight for sore eyes. The Texans are a befuddling 1-5 with a quarterback that most perceive to be the fourth or fifth-best in the world. If oddsmakers are accurate, Houston will probably fall to a 1-6 record.

The Packers will assert some vengeance on themselves as Aaron Rodgers seeks to get back on his 37-year-old MVP path. Against the Buccaneers, Davante Adams registered 61 receiving yards, so he certainly wasn’t shut out.

But he and the Packers will look to rebound and keep pace with the surprising Chicago Bears. The teams are locked in a dead heat for the NFC North title.

Adams posts 15-plus PPR points.
