Gallup has been given a bit of a raw deal. The Cowboys not only relegated him to the WR3 role after his breakout year following the selection of CeeDee Lamb, but Andy Dalton taking over at quarterback means that his volume is going to decrease even more. There is no contending team that needs a wide receiver more than Green Bay, and Gallup would instantly be their second-best pass-catching option.

The Packers have seen the likes of Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Malik Taylor contribute while Allen Lazard and Robert Tonyan continued their emergences as viable starters, but one would hardly call that group one of the league’s best. A victim of a roster crunch that will find targets hard to come by after the Dak Prescott injury, Gallup might find a home in Green Bay.

Gallup showed last year that if he’s given a high enough volume of targets, he could serve as a low-end No. 1 receiver or a high-end No. 2. With Adams on one side and Gallup on the other, it could be bombs away time in Green Bay.
