Chicago Bears. 9. team. 57. . 5-1. Previous:

Matt Nagy’s club entered Week 7 as the leaders of the NFC North and with Green Bay winning on Sunday, Chicago needs a win on Monday night to maintain their edge in the division. So far in 2020, the Bears have been steady but unspectacular.

The team is giving up less than 20 points a game and after a rough debut as the starter in the loss to the Colts, veteran signal-caller Nick Foles has settled in. And Chuck Pagano’s defense has been steadily improving.

8. team. 16. . 5-2. Previous: . Buffalo Bills

Thanks to a Week 1 win over the Jets at Orchard Park, the Bills were in position to sweep this AFC East rivalry for the first time since 2015. Sean McDermott’s tight end corps deal had to deal with some COVID-19 issues (see Michael Baca of NFL.com).

Kicker Tyler Bass was up and down and attempted eight field goals. He connected six of those tries, accounting for all of the team’s points. Buffalo’s defense limited the Jets to a mere 190 total yards.

Mike Vrabel’s club welcomed the Steelers to Nashville in a battle of 5-0 teams. The AFC South leaders found themselves down 27-7 in the second half and then scored 17 unanswered points to narrow the gap to three points.

The defense picked off Ben Roethlisberger three times and the final pick was in the end zone late in the game, giving the team and opportunity. But the drive would end with a missed 45-yard field goal by Stephen Gostkowski.
