Much like Agholor in the last slide, Adam Humphries is a very available receiver option in most leagues. He is a potential high-volume receiver who could see a favorable number of targets this week against the Cincinnati Bengals.

If you remember, Humphries signed a somewhat substantial contract as a free agent prior to the 2019 season. He had spent his first few years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and his last season with the team in 2018 was a solid one.

Although, Humphries was limited to just 12 games in 2019 in his first year as a Titan. Now, he has been a viable option for Ryan Tannehill so far this year.

Humphries has seen six or more targets each game he has played in besides Week 7, and he has caught four passes in every game other than Week 7 as well, while going for as many as six. He has hovered around the 45-50-yard mark, with a season-high of 64. He has also caught two scores.

Starting any skill position players from the Titans gets iffy at times. Why? Because if that offense is operating in the redzone, there is a very strong chance no one other than Derrick Henry or Jonnu Smith is getting the chance to punch it in for a touchdown.

So why would that change this week? Because the Titans play the Bengals, which means there may be more opportunities for chunk yardage, big plays downfield that could result in long touchdowns for receivers.

The Bengals have been decent defending the pass. But, with so much play action to honor, Tannehill will have his chances to take deep shots downfield.

Humphries has gotten the volume in most games, which should also be the case this week. The reason why you should start him is that he may be able to haul in a score or two on big-yardage plays.
