3. Marquise Brown (BAL)

Game: Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens (Sunday, 11/1, 1:00 pm EST)

Dez Bryant will not be quite ready for this storied rivalry game, but that’s ok. It gives more time and targets to Brown for Week 8. That also operates under the assumption that Bryant will be the same player of yesteryear. We shall see.

Here’s an odd one: Although the Steelers to defense is magnificent, they allow the eighth-most fantasy points to wide receivers. It’s odd. It does create a sleeper status, though, for Marquise Brown. He is Lamar Jackson’s favorite non-Marc Andrews target when the Ravens actually decide to throw the football.

Brown tallies 12+ points.

3. Rashard Higgins (CLE)

Game: Las Vegas Raiders at Cleveland Browns (Sunday, 11/1, 1:00 pm EST)

Odell Beckham Jr. has been lost for the season due to injury. Someone not named Jarvis Landry will step in to churn up some of the production Beckham leaves behind. Head coach Kevin Stefanski comes from a Minnesota Vikings program that showcased two marvelous wideouts — Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs. It’s all Stefanski knows to have two superstar wideouts at his disposal.

We select Higgins this week to try WR2 on for size.
