DraftKings EuroLeague Forwards:

Nikola Mirotic only played 16 minutes in the domestic league game this week in his first game since contracting and recovering from COVID. This is a high price to pay and a pretty bad matchup for Mirotic here. He’s one of the most consistent players around at full strength, but there are questions as to if he will play his normal 28-30 minutes per game. Proceed with caution here.

With the way that Rokas Giedraitis has played this year, he might be the best player on the entire slate. I will happily take the $2,700 savings from Mirotic and run Giedraitis instead. It’s a much better matchup as well.

Jonas Jerebko had a very pedestrian line with Greg Monroe back on the floor. If you want to use a Khimki forward, Monroe is by far the best option.

Brandon Davies was a force with Mirotic out, but he’s also the one who’s production is going to suffer the most with Mirotic back. I would much rather use Achille Polonara in this tier with Mirotic back on the court.

Barcelona is going to be better up front with Mirotic back, so I don’t know if you want to full stack the Baskonia front. If you do, Tonye Jekiri has been stepping it up lately. I may even use him over Polonara because Mirotic wont guard the true center Jekiri.

It’s hard to use Janis Timma and Jordan Mickey with as crowded as the Khimki frontcourt is, but the only one that has really suffered a production decline so far is Jerebko. They are still decent economy picks.

Alec Peters is also going to return for Baskonia, which further muddles that situation. Peters played well in his two EuroLeague games earlier this season. If he returns to a rather prominent role, he is super cheap on this slate. With the way that the rest of the frontcourt has played though, there is no guarantee that Peters gets thrown back in right away.
