College football DFS quarterback picks November 6:

Top Tier:

Zach Wilson is $2,200 more than the next quarterback. That’s a lot of money! Wilson does have the highest floor, so I don’t think you can comfortably fade him in cash games. However, I will have very little of Wilson in GPP formats.

D’Eriq King has strong numbers and a much better matchup. I can’t convince myself that Wilson is going to be $2,200 better than King stat-wise. I’m comfortable with running King in GPP formats. The weather has plagued Miami this year, but this game looks clear as of now.

Middle Tier:

Carson Baker is a game manager. Nothing more, nothing less. However, he is an efficient game manager, which hasn’t always been the case at San Diego State. His numbers wont wow you, but Baker doesn’t make mistakes. He is a decent option but doesn’t have the upside you want in GPP formats.

I’m curious to see how Nick Starkel does against this defense. The San Diego State squad is probably better than Air Force’s, a game in which Starkel only went for 16 DraftKings points. The price on Starkel is pretty good, but the floor is lower than I like.

Bargain Shoppers:

USC transfer Jack Sears was great in relief of Bachmeier last week, but I still don’t know if I can stomach using him against BYU. I am much more inclined to use Sears than Bachmeier, even if the latter is at 100%.

I like the price on Bailey Hockman, but his floor is literally negative numbers. He lost points against Virginia Tech back in week 4. The ceiling isn’t that high against a team like Miami either. There’s also a chance that he gets yanked if he starts poorly like he did against North Carolina.
