Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry is clearly tired of reporters asking him about Odell Beckham Jr.’s future with the organization.

Even when Odell Beckham Jr. is away from the Cleveland Browns starting lineup, he’s still going to draw plenty of questions from reporters. General manager Andrew Berry knows all about this, but at the same time, it’s been made clear he’s tired of it happening.

This week, Berry was once again asked during a conference call about Beckham’s status with the team moving forward. Trade rumors continue to swirl for the Pro-Bowl wideout, who is set to have surgery next week after tearing his ACL earlier this season.

Berry remains adamant that Beckham is in the long-term plans of the organization and that things won’t be changing in the near future.

Andrew Berry is clearly annoyed with all the Odell Beckham Jr. questions

During his conference, Berry reiterated that the focus for the Browns and Beckham is his upcoming ACL surgery, and that nothing else is being discussed.

“I would say to me, and respectfully, I feel like I have answered this question enough,” Berry said via Cleveland.com. “I can’t control what the outside noise says.”

As things stand, the Browns are in third place of the AFC North standings with their 5-3 mark. However, they’ve suffered losses in two of their last three showdowns, with last week’s 16-6 defeat to the Las Vegas Raiders being an ugly one.

“Honestly, our focus with Odell — Odell is one of the best receivers in the NFL,” Berry said this week. “He played really good football for us before he was injured. He’s done a fantastic job with his teammates and at practice. He’s embraced the organization.”

That loss to Jon Gruden and Co. showcased just how much the team needs Beckham out on the field, as Baker Mayfield struggled to get anything going on the day. Once Beckham returns to full health, Berry is confident he’ll be able to get back to his old self and help this team out for years to come.
