Quarterback: Tua Tagovailoa $6,800

Scroll down the quarterback prices, and it might surprise you where Tua Tagovailoa falls. Some of the quarterbacks more expensive than Tua is less expensive than Gardner Minshew, Carson Wentz, Jared Goff, and Drew Lock.

Usually, the advice is to go for a sure thing at the quarterback position, but this might be the best value on the entire board. Tagovailoa could get 30 points this week, and he’s coming in more than $2,000 less than the most expensive options on the list.

Tagovailoa is facing Justin Herbert, who has been one of the darlings of the NFL this season. After a disastrous start to his NFL career, Tua was phenomenal last weekend.

This was after preposterous reports the Dolphins could use one of the Texans draft picks to take another quarterback at next year’s NFL Draft and this was a showcasing for other teams. Instead, Tagovailoa went one v. one against another young stud in Kyler Murray and won the game.

Not only will Tagovailoa have extra motivation because he’s facing Herbert, but the Chargers have a dreadful pass defense. They allowed a few big plays to Derek Carr and the Raiders on the way to yet another disappointing loss last week.

The Chargers watched Drew Lock throw for 248 yards and three touchdowns. Tom Brady turned back the clock and threw for five touchdowns against the Chargers. This pass defense allows points.

Tua has a chance to be the steal of the week. At $6,800, only players like Jake Luton and Nick Mullens are cheaper. It’s a money-saving move that allows players to spend big on other positions.

Other Options: Kyler Murray $8,800, Ben Roethlisberger $7,400
