College football DFS wide receiver picks November 14:

Top Tier:

Jahan Dotson has been the one bright spot on the Penn State team. He has found the end zone in all three games and is averaging seven receptions for120 yards. The Nebraska secondary is the sore spot on this defense. I have little confidence in his quarterback, but Dotson has one of the higher floors on the slate and as high of a ceiling as a receiver can have.

Miami is onto something with Mike Harley. Harley has 18 receptions for 323 yards and three scores over the last two games. He’s pretty much a lock at this price.

If you are going to run Cunningham, I like pairing him with Tutu Atwell. Virginia doesn’t really have anyone that can cover Atwell. He doesn’t have the ceiling of Harley or Dotson, but he should still post good numbers.

Middle Tier:

Lavel Davis is a nice GPP dart if he plays. He gets a ton of red zone targets because of his height. However, Whop Philyor is much more reliable and has a higher ceiling. I also love the price on Ty Fryfogle. This whole Indiana offense is in play again.

Drake London is the biggest steal on the entire slate. He’s a threat for 30 DraftKings points and wont even cost you six grand. LOCK HIM IN!

We have seen a few receivers take the top off of the Notre Dame defense. Zay Flowers has as good of speed as anyone and a quarterback that can get him the ball. I like Flowers in GPP formats this week.

Bargain Shoppers:

Erik Ezukanma is about the only safe piece of the Texas Tech offense right now. However, Hunter Long may have more potential against Notre Dame. Jurkovec gets him the ball a lot. This will be especially true if the Irish try to take away Flowers.

The Baylor offense is playing better lately so R.J. Sneed is finally getting numbers. He is more reliable than Tyquan Thornton and has a superb matchup here.

Wan’Dale Robinson is one of the best athletes Nebraska has. If McCaffrey starts, Robinson is another guy that should get a little bit of a boost in value. He’s a nice GPP dart to due his speed and McCaffrey’s deep arm.

DraftKings messed up the price on Jaquarii Roberson too. He is Hartman’s favorite target an this is a matchup that can be exploited.

There is so much value at receiver. Freshman Parker Washington is running free with Dotson getting all the attention and is putting up big numbers. Dez Fitzpatrick was a monster last week, but is wildly inconsistent. Will Mallory is a target hound so long as Brevin Jordan is still out. Nebraska freshman Marcus Fleming had a nice game against Northwestern and should be in for a large role at under $4,000.
