Sunday, Nov. 15

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-3) at Carolina Panthers (3-6), 1:00 pm

Buccaneers: Back in Week 2 at Tampa, Buccaneers’ quarterback Tom Brady threw for 217 yards, one score and one interception on the team’s 31-17 triumph over the Panthers. In six wins this season, the 21-year veteran has thrown 17 TD passes and just two interceptions. That compares to three scores and five picks in three losses.

Panthers: Matt Rhule’s club has dropped four consecutive games after prevailing in their previous three contests. The Panthers have allowed at least 23 points in each of those setbacks, as well as all six losses this year. In the team’s three victories, Carolina allowed the Chargers, Cardinals and Falcons to a combined 53 points.

Houston Texans (2-6) at Cleveland Browns (5-3), 1:00 pm

Texans: The club has just two wins this season and both are against the Jaguars. Quarterback Deshaun Watson continues to put up solid numbers but the team’s defense – dead last in the NFL against the run – is a major issue. And this week, they face a Cleveland team that ranks fifth in the NFL in rushing yards per game (150.0 average).

Browns: The Browns returned from their off week and look to get back on track after a rough home loss to the Raiders in Week 8 in which the weather was a detriment. In any case, the club could use some help from a defense featuring Myles Garrett. He is tied for the NFL lead with nine sacks and has also forced four fumbles this season.
