2020 NFL power rankings, Week 11: Raiders roll, Bills stunned
Kevin Stefanski’s club had an extra week to prepare for their meeting with the Houston Texans. The game was delayed due to weather and the elements played a part in the lack of scoring. But the return of running back Nick Chubb was the big difference by game’s end. He ran 19 times for 126 yards and one score, teammate Kareem Hunt finished with 104 yards on the same amount of attempts and the Browns limited Houston to 243 total yards.
The perplexing Rams were back on the field after a week off and took on a Seattle Seahawks’ team that they had gotten the best of in recent seasons. Quarterback Jared Goff did lose one fumble but he also hit on 27-of-37 passes for 302 yards. All of the club’s touchdowns came via the ground, including two by Malcolm Brown. And the Los Angeles’ defense had another field day against Russell Wilson, sacking him six times – three by Leonard Floyd.
Jon Gruden’s club was coming off a huge road divisional win over the Chargers and hosted the unpredictable Denver Broncos. And the Raiders are now a perfect 3-0 vs. their AFC West rivals this season thanks to a ground attack that rolled up 203 yards on 41 attempts. Josh Jacobs ran for 112 yards and two scores and one-time Broncos’ runner Devontae Booker added 81 yards rushing and a pair of TDs. Las Vegas forced five turnovers.
