College football DFS running back picks November 18:

Top Tier:

What more does Caleb Huntley have to do to prove that he’s the best play on this slate by a mile? I almost think we have to build with Huntley and Bryant Koback here. I like Hutchinson, but Huntley and Koback are averaging 63.6 DraftKings points per game combined. That’s a hell of a start to your lineup.

Middle Tier:

The one weak spot Western Michigan has had so far is covering running backs out of the backfield. Koback had more success receiving last week than rushing. Kobe Lewis is an interesting way to get out of the top tier and he caught five passes in the opener. There is good potential for Lewis here.

Sean Tyler already has ten receptions through two games. He’s not going to wow you with anything, but those extra PPR points sure come in handy. CMU’s run defense is pretty good though, so I don’t see a ton of upside.

Bargain Shoppers:

I like Darius Boone for the price if he plays. If he’s out, I don’t trust anyone in the EMU committee. Same with the Western Michigan backup by committee. There is upside to all, but their floors nearly zero.

Backup RB territory isn’t as treacherous with MAC teams as it is with most. The MAC loves to run. Lew Nichols is a nice play for Central Michigan. I like Shakif Seymour as well against the porous Eastern Michigan defense.
