5. Phillip Lindsay (DEN)

Game: Miami Dolphins at Denver Broncos (Sunday, 11/22, 4:05 pm EST)

The Broncos are hurting, both on injury reports and in terms of chemistry.

Drew Lock is showing regressive signs in Year 2. The offense is constantly in third-and-long situations. And their division foe, the Raiders, just lit them up for 37 points. Head coach Vic Fangio is said to be a defensive genius, but he was evidently absent-minded last Sunday.

Linsday is a capable running back. One of these weeks he has to find the endzone. We predict the Broncos will play better in Week 11, and Lindsay might have something to do with it.

6. Kalen Ballage (LAC)

Game: New York Jets and Los Angeles Chargers (Sunday, 11/22, 4:05 pm EST)

This should be a walkover for the Chargers, and walkovers involve points. Ballage will score some of those.

Austin Ekeler has yet to return from injury, Justin Jackson then got hurt, too, and we’re down to Ballage and Joshua Kelley. Anthony Lynn seems to like Ballage a bit more than Kelley.

Because points will be piled onto the Chargers side of the scoreboard and Ballage gets more touches than Kelley, we say start Ballage this week.

7. Duke Johnson (HOU)

Game: New England Patriots at Houston Texans (Sunday, 11/22, 1:00 pm EST)

This one could go either way. New England could capitalize on its momentum of topping Baltimore in a monsoon. Or they could pivot back to the anemic version of themselves.

Deshaun Watson should have the Texans offense ready at home, and Duke Johnson will be a big part of that in David Johnson’s absence. It’s never a guarantee that prosperity occurs when starting fantasy players vs. the Patriots, but we will roll the dice on Duke.
