. Cornerback. Dallas Cowboys. Patrick Surtain II. 4. player. 123

The Dallas Cowboys actually played like a team for four quarters on Sunday, beating a tough Minnesota Vikings team and picking up their third win of the season. Dallas is still very much alive in a putrid NFC East, so they could be picking a lot later than No. 4, as they actually could still host a playoff game.

Based on the needs we have seen this season, the Cowboys roster needs a lot of work, and cornerback is an area they must target next offseason. In Alabama’s Patrick Surtain II, the Cowboys get the most NFL-ready defensive back in this class, and Dallas certainly needs guys who can come in and play right away.

player. 58. . Quarterback. Washington Commanders. Zach Wilson. 5

The Washington Football Team picked up an easy win against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, and like the rest of the NFC East, they are still very much alive in the race for the division title. However, they are the only team in the division that needs a long-term answer at the quarterback position, and they get one in BYU’s Zach Wilson at pick No. 5.

Sure, the Football Team could go with Trey Lance here, as he is more than deserving of being a first-round quarterback next year. However, Wilson is just skyrocketing up draft boards, and in Washington, he joins a team where he would be in a good spot, as he could sit behind Alex Smith for a year, or take over right away.

. Wide Receiver. Los Angeles Chargers. Ja'Marr Chase. 6. player. 13

It took playing the New York Jets to do so, but the Los Angeles Chargers were finally able to get out to a lead on Sunday, and actually come away with the victory. Rookie quarterback Justin Herbert is a sensational talent, and the franchise is in good hands with him moving forward, now they just need to go out and get him some more weapons.

Keenan Allen is one of the better wideouts in football, and Mike Williams has his moments as well, but adding Ja’Marr Chase at pick No. 6 gives Herbert an elite group at the position. Chase is a guy who is going to come in and be a 1,000-yard receiver right away, and in Los Angeles, he would have a talented young quarterback to get him the ball.
