Pac-12 basketball predicted order of finish

  1. Oregon Ducks
  2. Arizona State Sun Devils
  3. UCLA Bruins
  4. Stanford Cardinal
  5. USC Trojans
  6. Arizona Wildcats
  7. Utah Utes
  8. Colorado Buffaloes
  9. California Golden Bears
  10. Washington Huskies
  11. Washington State Cougars
  12. Oregon State

As was already hinted at, the Oregon Ducks should be able to take the Pac-12 basketball title for the 2020-2021 season, despite losing Pritchard and relying on some newcomers. Altman has not only more than proven himself but this roster is talented and deep, especially if transfer LJ Figueroa from St. John’s is ruled eligible.

Right behind the Ducks, though, will be both the Arizona State Sun Devils and UCLA Bruins. In the case of the latter, some believe that they could win the conference after a strong finish for Mick Cronin’s team at the end of last season but I’m a bit more dubious of the upside of this team, especially after 5-star recruit Daishen Nix spurned UCLA for the G-League.

The mid-tier of the Pac-12 should be tremendously fun this season, though. After Oregon State and Washington State, you could shuffle the No. 6-10 teams in the standings on any given day and have a shot at being right. No team is terrible but no team is great, which means they should provide fans with a ton of good basketball to watch.
