Derrick Henry – Tennessee Titans

Speaking of players who can decide fantasy matchups. Derrick Henry once again had owners who backed him to repeat his rushing title heroics of 2019 jumping for joy with a dominant display in the Titans’ crucial 45-26 win in their AFC South matchup with the Colts.

Henry rumbled for 178 yards and three touchdowns, finishing with 38.5 fantasy points in PPR scoring as he laid waste to a Colts defense missing a key piece up front with defensive tackle DeForest Buckner on the reserve/COVID-19 list for Indianapolis.

Weakened opponent or not, Henry is building momentum at exactly the right time. He now has three successive 100-yard games and has reached three figures in four of the last five.

And, with the fantasy playoffs looming, Henry has a schedule that should have fantasy managers salivating.

Henry and the Titans meet one of the sterner run defenses in the NFL in the Cleveland Browns in Week 13. However, Tennessee then faces the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Detroit Lions in successive weeks before meeting a Green Bay Packers team that remains extremely vulnerable to the ground game in Week 16 – when most fantasy championships will be decided.

Given the level he has played at over the past few weeks, Henry looks set to be the difference in plenty of title matchups.
