DraftKings EuroLeague Guards:

This is a really nice matchup for Mike James. He has finally gotten back to the level of play we came to expect from James. He has at least 33 DraftKings points in three straight. He should be over that mark again today.

It’s hard to fade Jordan Loyd, even in a tougher matchup. Still, he has cooled along with the weather. I think I’d rather run Scottie Wilbekin on the other side of this, but I wouldn’t fade James to do it. Lorenzo Brown isn’t worth the price increase either. He hasn’t been the one picking up Nando’s slack.

I feel the same way about Sergio Rodriguez as I did on Tuesday. He lacks any real upside with the Milan backcourt fully healthy, but he’s so automatic that he’s perfect for cash games. Kevin Pangos is the same way with a touch more upside. Pangos has only had one bad game all season long and he has potential to clear 30.

It was originally injuries that opened the door for Elijah Bryant, but he kicked it open. He’s had a couple of big games recently and has a nice matchup with Belgrade coming to Israel. There’s sizeable upside on Bryant.

If you can’t afford Sergio, Kevin Punter has become Sergio lite. Honestly, I think Punter has a little more upside, but the floor is lower. It seems that Punter has passed Malcolm Delaney in the pecking order. As long as he keeps playing well, there is good potential here.

If you could merge Shaq McKissic and Kostas Sloukas into one player, you’d have a star. Sloukas does everything but score. McKissic does nothing but score. Using two takes up roster slots and is more expensive than the highest-priced player. You likely have to pick and choose what works for your lineup, but this is a nice matchup for them.

Round 11 was vintage Sam Van Rossom. He put up 20 points and five assists in just 24 minutes. The minutes aren’t likely to increase, but Van Rossom has proven he can do a lot with few minutes if need be. There is good upside on the cheap here.

I keep waiting for that big Vassilis Spanoulis game and it hasn’t come yet. He’s not the player that he was two or three years ago, but there is good upside today with Harrison out. Spanoulis should take some of those minutes. Hopefully the production will follow suit.

St. Petersburg’s rotations are a bit of a mess, but Austin Hollins has played more than half the game twice in the last three rounds. The bad news is that he only played seven minutes and didn’t make a shot in the other one of those games. This is a very nice matchup though. If his shot is falling, he’s a great bargain at this price.
