It is not typical to have two players from the same team land on this list. Although, the Seahawks offense has a favorable matchup against the Jets this week. Like Carlos Hyde, his teammate David Moore is another Seahawk to read up on and study for Week 14.

When you look at Moore’s stats, the numbers do not jump off the page. However, the one number that will leap off is his receiving scores. Even with a more limited role in an offense that already boasts star receivers such as D.K. Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, Moore still sees action.

Moore is a really intriguing option. His touchdown numbers have been discussed above, but he also seems to catch nearly every target he receives. That is important because he probably will not see anything above six targets a game, but he does the most with the balls he gets thrown his way.

In Week 4, Moore hauled in three receptions on four targets for 95 yards and a score. Against the Buffalo Bills in Week 9, he received six targets and caught four of them for 71 yards and another touchdown.

The secondary for the Jets have had a difficult time defending the pass this season, which is why Moore’s value should be high in Week 14.

Thinking about, and potentially adding, Moore is as simple as this. The Jets do not defend the pass well. The Seahawks have an MVP-caliber quarterback under center having a great season with two Pro Bowl level receivers. Those three players (Russell Wilson, Metcalf, Lockett) alone keep opposing coordinators up all night.

Now, add a third option (Moore) who can make big catches, specifically in the endzone, and any defense is dealing with a headache of problems each game.

dark. Next. When will James Conner return to lineup?

All eyes will be on Metcalf and Lockett, and that is why Moore may be able to go for a decent number of yards with potentially a touchdown. With double coverage for the other two receivers, Moore could be in favorable matchups in one-on-one coverage.
