Wide Receiver: Brandon Aiyuk $6,900

The San Francisco 49ers are devoted to the passing game despite losing Jimmy Garoppolo for multiple weeks. Kyle Shanahan is riding Nick Mullens as far as he needs to. With Deebo Samuel out once again, the 49ers are looking at the next man up.

That man is rookie Brandon Aiyuk. He’s been alright this season, and he’s just 267 yards from breaking Jerry Rice’s rookie franchise yards record. However, Coach Shanahan says he hasn’t seen the best from Aiyuk yet.

Garoppolo could be out for the season. Shanahan could choose to play CJ Beathard over Mullins this week. It won’t matter for Aiyuk. He’s still by far the best option for whoever is under center. Samuel has already been ruled out for next week, so Aiyuk will have to fight for receptions with the likes of Kendrick Bourne and Richie James.

The status of the Dallas Cowboys secondary is well sourced. Now, the secondary is a shell of itself after injuries or illness hitting at least three of the players on the unit. It was already a bad secondary, and now it’s missing multiple starters. Even if the Cowboys put two players on Aiyuk on every play, they probably still can’t stop him.

It doesn’t matter who plays quarterback for the 49ers. He just needs to throw it up and Aiyuk will find it.
