Buffalo Bills (10-3) at Denver Broncos (5-8), 4:30 pm

Bills: With a win, the team would clinch the franchise’s first division title since 1995. The Bills have won three straight games and are 6-1 in their last seven contests since back-to-back losses to the Titans and Chiefs. The Buffalo offense has already totaled 40 touchdowns. And Sean McDermott’s team has forced 23 turnovers.

Broncos: The team has to win out to avoid a fourth straight losing season – something that hasn’t happened since the franchise finished below .500 in 10 consecutive campaigns from 1963-72. Drew Lock has been erratic, throwing seven TD passes and four interceptions in four wins opposed to a half-dozen scores and nine picks in six setbacks.

Carolina Panthers (4-9) at Green Bay Packers (10-3), 8:15 pm

Panthers: The club has made strides under first-time NFL head coach Matt Rhule. But after a 3-2 start, Carolina is 1-7 in its last eight outings. The team has a respectable 18 takeaways but the lack of a pass rush could spell doom in this match-up. The Panthers have only 19 sacks and have totaled more than two QB traps just once in 13 games.

Packers: Veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been nothing short of sensational this season and takes aim at the league’s 23rd-ranked pass defense. He’s thrown for 39 scores and been picked off only four times. Green Bay ranks has totaled a league-high 410 points – topping last year’s showing (376) in head coach Matt LaFleur’s debut.
